Can I return my item for a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us.
All returns should be sent to use using trackable means. Please ensure that all items are sent back in the same condition in which they were received.
Parcels are collected from our returns address once a week and will be refunded on receipt.
We adhere strictly to all guidelines of the UK Consumer Contract Regulations (2014).

Can I exchange my purchase?
If you would like to exchange your goods for something of equal value or a different size then please contact us and we will gladly help.
As outlined by the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of 14 calender days from the day that you receive your goods, in which time, if you require a refund of goods, you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given on receipt of goods by us. Any domestic shipping charges on the original order will also be refunded.
Goods sold outside of the EU are not covered by the Consumer Contract Regulations and will be subject to the consumer rights applicable in your country.
If you should choose to return a product to us by providing notification within the cooling off period, then the return delivery costs will be borne by the you (the customer).
All refunds are made at the sole discretion of management.
