All returns should be sent to use using trackable means. Please ensure that all items are sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

As outlined by the distance selling regulations, you have a statutory 'cooling off' period of seven business days from the day that you receive your goods, in which time, if you require a refund of goods, you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us and a full refund will be given on receipt of goods by us, including any original delivery charges.
If you should choose to return a product to us by providing notification within the seven day cooling off period, then the return delivery costs will be borne by the you (the customer). However, if you are returning product(s) due to a fault, the return costs will be borne by us, the merchant.
All refunds are made at the sole discretion of management.
